WHAT MAKES THIS PRODUCT EFFECTIVE.
Higher the better
Low level vapour permeability and excellent airtightness are the most important advantages of OSB 4 in comparison to standard MDF, Chipboard and other plywood alternatives.
Also known as OS’brace, this material is approved and certified by engineers for bracing of walls. OSB 4 eases installation and goes hand in hand with wood fibre insulation systems to achieve Passive House airtightness, and increase the durability of the building envelope. OSB 4 is known to be more airtight and less vapour permeable than its neighbour, OSB 3.
